  • Basic EFT toolkit for stress, cravings and sleep wind down with a 5 minute daily practice

Level 3 - King of Discipline

Goal: Lead your life without hand holding. Clear the roots, set the long plan and operate at a higher standard.
Best for: Men who have completed Levels 1 and 2 and want identity–level discipline at home and at work.
