1) About us

Straight Funnel Ltd ("Straight Funnel","we", "us") provides performance coaching and education forbusiness professionals.

These Terms govern your purchase and use of our programmesand our website.

2) Service description & boundaries

  • We provide coaching and education: training plans, nutrition education (e.g., calorie/protein ranges), structure, accountability, and performance psychology tools (including EFT for performance/stress     regulation).
  • We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or individualised clinical nutrition. Our services are 18+ only.
  • You are responsible for consulting a qualified medical professional before making material changes to exercise or diet, especially if you have medical conditions.

3) Programmes, start dates and delivery

  • Programme options and prices appear on our website or proposal.
  • Delivery may include onboarding, assessments, coaching sessions (live or async), check‑ins, materials and accountability tracking.
  • We deliver remotely unless otherwise agreed.

4) Fees, VAT and payment

  • Fees are payable as listed and are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT is added at the applicable rate.
  • Instalments may be offered. Late or failed payments may pause or terminate access until resolved.

5) Consumer cancellation rights (cooling‑off)

If you are a consumer (not purchasing for yourbusiness) and buy online/at distance, you have a 14‑day cooling‑off periodfrom the day after purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Express Start: If you ask us to start services withinthe 14 days, you acknowledge that you will pay a pro‑rata amount forservices delivered up to cancellation; and once services are fully performedwithin the 14 days, you lose the right to cancel.

To cancel within the cooling‑off period, email luke@straightfunnel.comwith your order details. We will confirm receipt and any refund due (less pro‑ratacharges, if applicable) within 14 days. This section does not affect anyseparate guarantees or your statutory rights.

6) Rescheduling, pauses and refunds (after cooling‑off)

  • You may request to reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice; late cancellations/no‑shows may be forfeited.
  • Programme pauses are at our discretion and may extend your end date; administrative fees may apply.
  • Fees are otherwise non‑refundable once the cooling‑off period ends, except where required by law or where we materially fail to provide the service with reasonable care and skill.

7) Client responsibilities

  • Be truthful in your intake and communicate relevant constraints or risks.
  • Follow the agreed structure and check‑ins. Keep your account secure.
  • Do not share, publish or resell our materials.

8) Results and testimonials

Outcomes vary by effort, context and adherence. We do notguarantee specific results. Testimonials and examples are illustrative only.

9) Intellectual property

All content we provide (programmes, documents, videos,frameworks) is our intellectual property. We grant you a personal,non‑transferable licence to use materials for your own programme during theterm. No reproduction, distribution, or derivative works without our writtenconsent.

10) Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorisedaccess, or introduce malware. We may suspend access where we reasonably suspectbreach.

11) Liability

  • We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our     negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  • Subject to the above, our total liability for all claims arising from a contract is limited to the fees you paid for the programme giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., lost profits, business interruption) or for outcomes resulting from your choices or failure to follow guidance.

12) Termination

We may terminate where you materially breach these Terms oract abusively towards staff or clients. You may terminate by notice; refundsfollow Sections 5–6 as applicable.

13) Complaints

Email support@straightfunnel.com. We aim to resolvewithin 10 business days. For privacy complaints you may also contact theICO.

14) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect law, pricing or servicechanges. We will post the latest version with the Last updated date.

15) Governing law

These Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of Englandand Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
