Quote to signed contract, with nobody chasing
Quote to paid deposit to signed contract to install, without the office chasing anything by hand.

What was going wrong
Every quote needed chasing. Then the deposit needed chasing. Then the signed contract. The office was doing all of it by hand, and on a busy week some jobs just stalled between steps.
What we built
- Quote email and text sent the moment a quote is created
- Automatic reminders at set times after the quote goes out
- A call task for the salesperson when there's no reply
- A manager alert when a quote is going cold
- A deposit payment link sent automatically on a yes
- The contract sent for e-signature once the deposit is paid
- Handover to the install team as soon as it's signed
Why it mattered
For an installer, a quote isn’t the finish line. It’s the start of four more things that all need chasing. Each step that waits on someone in the office is a step where a customer can go cold.
Now each step triggers the next one on its own. The office only gets involved when a customer actually needs a conversation.
Before and after
The systems behind this build.
Every call. Every quote. Every pound.
Be the business that follows up.
Fifteen minutes on the phone. We'll find where things are getting missed and tell you straight if we can fix it.
You don't need to decide anything on the call. Just take a look at how it works.
