Quote follow-up automation that gets you an answer.

Every quote and proposal is followed up automatically by text and email until the customer says yes or no. Reps get a task when a call is needed, managers get an alert when a big quote goes cold, and for installers the deposit and contract can follow on their own.

No big upheaval. We plug into the system you already use.

Business Dashboards

Sound familiar?

  • Quotes go out. Then nothing happens
  • Nobody knows which quotes are still live
  • Big proposals go quiet for weeks before anyone notices
  • Deposits and contracts get chased by hand

The Quote Chaser is the system that does this. It’s our most popular starting point for merchants, distributors and commercial installers, because the value of quotes that were never followed up is usually the most expensive number in the business, and the one nobody looks at.

What we automate

Quote sent

Email and text the moment a quote is created in your system.

Reminders

Polite follow-ups at the intervals you choose, until they reply.

Call tasks

A task for the rep when it needs a human conversation.

Cold-quote alerts

Managers alerted when a high-value quote stalls.

Deposit and contract

Payment link and e-signature sent on a yes, then handover to the install or delivery team.

You tell us where things get missed. We tell you straight if we can fix it.

We map the process

How the work flows today, across which systems and which people.

We build and connect it

Around the systems you already run. Your team is shown how it works.

Straight answers

How often should a quote be followed up?

A good default is two to three days after sending, about a week later, and a final check at around two weeks. We set the timings to suit your sales cycle.

Does it work with our quoting system?

Usually, yes. We connect to where quotes are created today, whether that's your merchant system, accounts package, quoting software or a spreadsheet.
